Scrap Metal Services, LLC (SMS), headquartered in East Chicago, Indiana, and its mill services division, SMS Mill Services, LLC, announced that it has successfully entered into a multiyear contract at Charter Steel’s facility in Cleveland, Ohio. The long-term contract will include scrap receiving, scrap pile maintenance and scrap delivery to the melt shop.
